Adventures in {self}Love

AdventureBanner2Life demands a lot.

You live your best life when you love yourself. {unsurprisingly!}

Self-love is the transformational power of knowing and adoring yourself.

Here’s what I think:

When on the path to creating and living a great life, the best place to start is with self-love.

I could inundate you with a lengthy sales page with all the ‘features and benefits’ of this. But I would never subject you to that.

You’re smart, you know me, and you know what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for more self-love in your life, than this is a great little 30 page guidebook for just that. Packed inside this $15.00 guidebook are my favorite tools for deepening self-love.

I’m not going to overwhelm you with 52 worksheets and 20 audio recordings and 5 bonus gifts because I know you don’t have time for that. And. Self-love doesn’t have to be complicated and hugely time consuming.

What is it?

Adventures in {self}Love is an e-retreat.

Simply, carve out some time for yourself and dive into this 30 page wee-book. Enjoy the adventure as you move through the process of knowing and loving all of who you are, right now {not the new and improved version who you want to be}.

I know you’re busy, so this process doesn’t require heaps of time – just a little – and you’re worth it.

DominiqueWhen my editor was reviewing this wee-book she said: “I just finished my first read of your guidebook, and it’s fantastic! My head is swimming with all of those prompts…It’s amazing that you fit so much material (and great quotes, btw) into so few pages.”

The e-retreat guidebook will be emailed to you immediately.

What do I get?

I’m guessing you’ve already tried a bunch of stuff, so this isn’t a ‘let’s focus on your breathing and think positive thoughts’ kind of program.

This also isn’t about adopting the ‘just push through it’ little-engine-that-could mentality.

This wee-book is packed with my favorite questions for deepening self-loving awareness and my favorite self-love strategies. I’ve also included tips for e-retreating and my favorite self-love playlist – ’cause everything is more fun when it’s done to music.

The questions and strategies in the Adventure in {self}Love guidebook are those that seem to work the best based on thousands of hours of research and work with my clients.

Using these questions and strategies, you will deepen self-awareness and strengthen the skills that will help to shift you into greater self-love.

This isn’t just sweet syrupy positive thinking disguised as self-love. This is a deep dive into your psyche so you can emerge carrying authentic self-love.

All for the price of a few of green-tea lattes.

But, But, But…

If you have a little voice in your head firing questions of doubt at you {What if it doesn’t work? Haven’t I done a lot of work on myself already? How is this any different than everything else that’s out there? What if it’s boring?} I’d love to offer some comfort.

Self-love is more about  just learning the concepts and how to apply them. It’s about developing self-awareness and deepening your commitment to yourself. Having a guide point you in the direction of the questions you can to ask to deepen self-awareness and the skills that help to strengthen self-love can save you time, money, and a lot of emotional rollercoasters. It’s do-able, and it’s worth it.

It’s work. So you will have to do the work. It takes practice. So you will have to consciously bring the skills into your life. But self-love is easier and more natural when you have things that work, and it’s way less time-consuming when you have the tools at the ready. I know you can fit self-love into your daily life, and I know it is worth the effort, the pain, and the understanding .

You can use these questions and techniques for the rest of your life and get exponentially more comfortable with knowing and loving yourself. Because I believe in you and in this guidebook, I want to make it super easy for you to love yourself. If you’ve gone through the guidebook and done the work and don’t feel more lovey to yourself, then I will buy it back from you.

But, But, But, Buuut!

But aren’t you one of those naturally self-loving people? This stuff must be easy for you, right?

Nope, not at all. In fact I developed this stuff because I was out-of-this-world unloving to myself. It was bad, and I was a mess.

I know what it’s like to live a self-love-less life. Every day feels draining and overwhelming. You feel unworthy, not good enough, and easily slip into self-sabotage.

Here’s what I learned on the journey to greater self-love. Self-love contributes to a strong sense of self-worth, a clear understanding and appreciation of who you are, and a commitment to specific actions that keep you replenished and resilient.

I know that you are worthy of a great life. I know that you can emerge from whatever darkness you’re in and shine bright. I know that you can love yourself right now – yes, you can love all of you, not just the super nice, easy-to-love bits. I know that self-love is the start, and I want you to know it too.

When we wait for a better life or a more awesome version of ourselves to emerge before we start loving ourselves, we enter into a trap that’s almost impossible to get out of.

And I want you to be free – in the most loving way.
