“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”Mary Oliver

I’m a registered psychologist, a trained life coach, an experienced mentor, speaker, author, and—like you—I’m a full human being with a long, rich story that motivates what I do.

My journey to founding Stone Psychology began on my 25th birthday.

While soaking in a bubble bath, sipping on champagne, and nibbling on chocolate, I started to cry.

I didn’t like myself. I didn’t like my life. And in that moment, I realized that the thing controlling me? Was fear.

Fear of vulnerability.

Fear of rejection

Fear of failure.

Fear of not being enough.

I’d built my life on a foundation of fear and I was depressed, anxious, and unfulfilled.

That moment, where I felt so low, actually proved to be a peak experience in my life, a quarter-century epiphany, if you will: from that moment on, I committed to live from a place of love, rather than fear, and to help others do the same.

I started Stone Psychology to help people like you heal their past, in order to fully embrace their present, and live a life they love. Because when we live a life we love—that’s when the future begins to glow strong and bright.

We always have a choice—love or fear—and what we choose changes everything.

The love I’m talking about isn’t syrupy, sweet or naïve. It’s courageous, real and vulnerable.

Living a life you love means living with freedom and joy, where difficult moments are more manageable, and deep trust in yourself is found. It requires creating a soulful strategy to make your dreams and desires reality.

Living a life you love isn’t always easy. It might require tough changes, like

breaking patterns that don’t work,

burning beliefs that don’t serve,

or saying goodbye to relationships that aren’t aligned with what deeply matters to you.

But, after 15 years in the field of psychology—having worked with more than 2,000 clients and taught over 3,500 students—I can tell you, the hard work of change, rooted in love instead of fear, is always worthwhile.
